THE ROLE

Next to regular SW Engineering tasks, the software troubleshooter is responsible for creating clear translations of customer problems into software issues, prioritizing, investigating, solving and releasing these software issues including design changes and documentation according to customer standards. Customer satisfaction is the number one driver for the business and thus for every software engineer and Troubleshooter.

THE INDIVIDUAL

We are looking for engineers with at least 5 years of experience. Key competencies at the software department are C++, Python, Object Oriented, UML, Real Time software, Linux
