Embedded Firmware Developer

*SENIOR EMBEDDED FIRMWARE DEVELOPER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY*

Our client is the leading computer components manufacturer seeking a SENIOR LEVEL DEVELOPER with extensive Embedded systems experience. Familiarity with SoC test Embedded firmware development for post silicon validation is required.

TASKS TO INCLUDE:

- Hardware emulation with FPGA boards and pre-silicon (Verilog) simulation environment and tools
- Development, test, and documentation of code for Microcontroller to validate functional correctness of silicon IP
- Execution of code on FPGA emulation board and development board
- Validation of functional correctness of SoC through firmware running in Embedded Microcontroller

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- C/C++
- Embedded software, firmware and device driver development on a variety of platforms
- Experience with standard development tools: revision control, issue tracking, profilers, debugging, etc.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:

- Altera or Xilinx development tools
- Verilog and Verilog simulators
- IA development tools
