My Staffordshire based client is looking for a well presented, enthusiastic Senior Embedded Software Lead to work within their close knit team which is undergoing expansion.
You will develop embedded systems and you will have a high level of hands on involvement, most of the use 8-bit microcontrollers, including Intel 8051 derivatives, Atmel AVR, and Microchip PICs.
My client also use Altera FPGA for other products and current projects include a second generation high tech systems based on ARM and GNU/Linux, with USB, GPS, wifi and 3G options.
Skills required for this role are: Real-time embedded systems, Measuring instruments, C, C++, Assembler, ARM, PIC.
