CRM Marketing Producer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Developing CRM strategy through customer profiling, behavioural analysis and segmentation
- Planning, developing, co-ordinating, execution and reporting of eCRM campaigns to support and drive the marketing objectives for European brand and product marketing teams.
- Working with CRM agencies as well as external and internal creative team to develop email copy and creative
- Strategising campaigns and target audiences to maximise email engagement in line with CRM objectives and in conjunction with the CRM Marketing Manager
- Collect requirements and discuss brief with marketing stakeholders
- Developing campaigns to promote our clients products and services
- Ensuring email production guidelines are adhered to and output is of high quality
- Ensuring that all campaigns are delivered to brief and key deadlines, while ensuring they fulfil the marketing objectives
- Conduct post campaign reporting and analysis. Delivering results to business stakeholders

Skills requirements

- Graduate with a marketing or business related degree
- Experience working within CRM and Email Marketing
- Communicative - strong interpersonal skills are required in an international department where communication is key
- Organised - prioritise and organise varied work schedule
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience delivering pan-European campaigns
- Experience in running projects and programmes
- Experience managing campaigns with A/B content and subject line testing
- Experience in end to end campaign management from analysis to post campaign reporting and feedback
- Experience utilising campaign management tools required, use of Exact Target and Audience Builder desired but not essential.
- Experience in running multi-language B2C email campaigns
- Experience with multi-channel CRM and social campaigns beneficial
- Computer Literate - knowledge of Microsoft Office required, knowledge of HTML advantageous but not required
- - A passion/understanding of entertainment industry and entertainment marketing desired but not essential
