Eloqua Functional Expert - Major Blue Chip - Antwerp Region
Description:
Supporting the roll-out of the next generation CRM solution including the newest Marketing/Multichannel capabilities.
Accountabilities:
Work closely with the key users in the countries/EMEA departments and supports them in:
-
setting up campaigns
-
creating segments
-
validating customer journeys
-
improving HTML/landing pages/forms designs
Work closely with the Support Specialist and Technical Consultant to address specific questions related beyond the expert's area and gather and document business requirements.
Based upon the expert's experience, best practices on campaign management will be shared to bring the Eloqua campaigns to a next level
Required Skills:
Experience in Marketing processes and systems in a complex environment, committed to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Experience with Eloqua, functional: must have; technical: added value
Hands on in managing solutions, willing to understand and manage configuration of Eloqua.
Excellent collaboration and teaming skills including well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people across multiple cultures and functional areas
Superb verbal & written communication skills (fluent English essential)
Strong business process design skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure and to complete the tasks required in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy
Capable to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, varying in size, value and complexity
Accepts personal responsibility for internal customer satisfaction
