Electronic Design Engineer x 4 - Electronics Design Engineer - Hardware Design Engineer - CONTRACT

Overview:
My long-standing Innovative client urgently requires the services of 4 additional experienced Contract Electronic Design Engineers/Hardware Engineers. You will be responsible for Electrical/Electronic engineering to fulfil customer or development requirements through design, component specification, prototype, testing and full documentation stages

Responsibilities:
* Producing detailed estimates of design content or proposals and development programmes
* Carrying out electronic engineering tasks including design, testing, documentation and review
* Preparing systems and engineering specifications to obtain quotations from subcontractors and materials suppliers
* Providing technical assistance to all areas of the business on specific issues relating to electronic engineering

Qualifications/Experience:
The successful Electronics Design Engineers will possess excellent experience in an Electronic Design/Manufacturing role, experience of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and low voltage directive, experience of designing for an electronically noisy environment and knowledge of preparation of design and test specification. In addition, any experience of Microprocessors & Communication systems would be highly desirable.

Location: Surrey, UK

Duration: Initially 3 months with very likely long-term extensions.
