Electronics Design Engineer - £300 p/d London

ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER - £300 P/D LONDON

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer with around 7 years experience for a 6 months contract in London for an immediate start.

The suitable candidate should be a capable, experienced Electronics Design Engineer who can assist with EDVT, prototype bring-up and debug for video-conferencing infrastructure products:

o Signal integrity measurements for high-speed clocks, DDR3, SERDES, etc.
o Confident with high-speed test equipment (scopes, etc) and probing complex PCAs.
o Processor sub-systems.
o Switched-mode PSUs, LDOs, IBCs, etc.
o Investigate and debug problems.

- -Proactive attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- -Able to work independently given high level direction.
- -Strong understanding of electronics/hardware design and verification.
- -Electronics knowledge of high-end FPGAs and DSPs. (HDL useful, but not required).
- -Familiar with 19 rack-mounted electronic equipment.
- -Cadence Allegro.
- -Good degree, HND or similar.
