Electronic Assemblers Job

ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLERS needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Rochester, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Mechanically inclined
- Good eye hand coordination

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- As an Assembler you will follow engineered assembly process and maintain consistent quality and productivity levels.
- Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards
- perform a wide a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies or end products
- setting up work station, tool validation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be available for a 7 day paid training class in December
- Class dates: 12/16-12/17-12/21-12/22-12/23-12/28-12/29
- Class time: 6:45am-7:30pm
- Must successfully pass 7day IPC - JSTD class before placement
- Mechanical inclined able to work with very small parts
- Good vision to work under microscopes
- Flexible to work 1st, 2nd or weekend shift
- Must be able to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently
- High School Diploma/GED

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous soldering experience
