Electrician with 17th Edition Qualifications

Our client, a Global Telecoms Organisation, is urgently seeking an Electrician with 17th edition qualifications for a Part time role based in Birmingham. The Electrician with 17th edition qualifications will also be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager.

The Electrician will work 3-days a week (7 hours a day on average, including some call out/additional hours).

Other responsibilities could include:
- Assisting facilities manager with keeping site compliant with legislation and standards.
- Maintenance and repair of building and grounds
- Report mechanical malfunctions
- Assist with moving equipment and furniture
- Set up meeting rooms for theatre style presentations
- Routine maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly

To be successful, you will have the following experience:
- 17th edition qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- Knowledge of safety Practices and procedures
- Knowledge of standard industry tools and Practices
