Electrical Onshore Substation Commissioning Engineer

Projektbeschreibung
A Renewable Energy client is looking for an Electrical Onshore Manager to start on the 15th July 2014 up to the 1st June 2015 with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
Scope of Work, Electrical Commissioning Supervisor: MV/HV Consultancy service related to commissioning of HV/MV equipment on an offshore platform
All work will take place at the fabrication yard for the offshore platform in Antwerp, Belgium. Office time at the client location in Skcrbck or Gentofte must be expected. No offshore work is expected.
The offshore platform shall be used for the offshore wind farm and consist of the following
HV MV free issued components, but limited to.
2 Main Transformers
HV GIS System
MV GIS System Earthing Auxiliary Transformers (EAT)
2 Neutral Earthing Resistors (NER)
MV Busbar system
Scope of Service
Together with clients Electrical Commissioning Manager at the Yard, follow the installation and SATs of the free issued HV/MV Equipment Q/A of installation work. Q/A review of the SAT's.
Support the Yard regarding installation of EAT and NER.
Reviewing suppliers installation plans and ensure interfaces to the platform. Producing progress reports by weekly basis
Supervise and execute the Site Integration tests (SIT) related to the HV/MV equipment
Solve upcoming issues related to the SIT. Ensure all required documentation is delivered from the suppliers in cooperation with the HV/MV offshore manager.
Participate in project team meetings and cross discipline cooperation
Ensure that the technical department's best practices are implemented when required
Follow up on progress and results from suppliers and ensure a pro-active approach.
Identify interfaces and handle them in co-operation with the rest of the team
Take proactive actions to reduce safety risks
Experience:
Documented Experience (minimum two years') with HV and MV design, installation and commissioning of substations
Documented experience (min. 5 years) with management of HV and MV works related to Electrical substations.
Experience with offshore wind farm substation is preferred
In addition to the minimum requirements, the following skills will weigh positively:
Experience with offshore substations similar to the ones that client builds
Experience with HSE
Experience with Quality Assurance
The Consultant must bring his/her own mobile telephone. The client will provide access to their systems via computer access. Consultant must bring own PPE for working offshore. The client Energy will provide office facilities available to the Consultant including office space
