Electrical / Mechanical Fitter

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a major international manufacturer within the Aerospace industry based in Hampshire who is currently looking for an Electrical / Accessories Fitter on a 6 month contract, with the potential of further opportunities.

The main purpose of this role is to undertake disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly and testing of APU and Helicopter Electrical and Mechanical accessories in line with the relevant manuals and instructions.

Your Roles & Responsibilities will include:-
* Products and services to meet customer requirements.
* Work in accordance with HSE legislation.
* Continuous improvement at all stages of fitting.
* Input of and completion of transactions using SAP system.
* Review and completion of associated technical paperwork.
* Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly and testing.

You will require the following Skills & Experience:-
* Minimum 5 years aerospace experienced including fitting of aerospace parts.
* SAP system experience.
* Experience of Aerospace electrical systems.
* Solid experience in the use of a range of tools, micrometers, Verniers etc.

The role is based on a straight day's basis. Salary is c.23,000 rising to c.24,500 after completion and sign off of training.
