Electrical Engineer / Technician (f/m)

For our client, a global Telecommunications company focussing on semi-conductors we are looking for an Electrical Engineer/Technician on a freelance basis (f/m)

Project Start: January 2017

Project duration: 6 Months with an option to extend

Location: Munich

Tasks:

- Manual soldering of components (SMD 01005, BGA, LGA)
- Soldering components with microscopes

Skills

- Knowledge of component soldering
- Good knowledge of PCBs & Multi-Layer Boards
- Experience using Microscopes & Heat Plates
- A steady hand is definitely required for the soldering

Languages

- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
