Electrical Engineer

Yoh has an excellent seven (7) month contract opportunity for an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER to join our client located in the Milwaukee area.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- This project needs to be completed by the end of 1st quarter of 2014.
- There are other projects the Engineer will work on such as updating circuit boards or other duties assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the Diagnostic Cardiology group.
- Assist with review drawings and components for the material they contain to determine if they are RoHS compliant, for large treadmill for stress testing and other related equipment.
- If the component is not compliant the Engineer will need to redesign or specify product design changes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Requires a four (4) year Electrical Engineering degree
- Experienced with product materials assessment and component evaluation/substitution, product documentation update and change control.
- SKILLS INCLUDE ELECTRONICS DESIGN, MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH MENTOR GRAPHICS AND CADENCE
- Experience with component specification, testing and verification.
- Good communication
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Great organizational skills
- Experience using MS Office suite (will use MS Excel for tracking)
