Electrical Designer

IMMEDIATE NEED: Long term contract position located in Tulsa for a large company seeking MicroStation Electrical Designer or Graphics Technician for physical layout design and detailing of substations for high voltage electrical environments. Please do NOT apply if you mainly working in refineries and oil we need strong utility background.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for producing Microstation drawings for physical layout of components for substations
- Responsible for working with other electrical designer and engineers on various new and retrofit projects

REQUIREMENTS

- Requires an AS degree or equivalent experience with Microstation
- Requires Microstation experience and/or other electrical cad software
- Requires 3D experience for electrical component layout
- Requires experience with substation physical layout or electrical component layout designdrafting
- Requires experience with panels, electrical elementary diagrams, relay drawings, wiring diagrams, and other related electrical design of schematic diagrams design, layout and drafting
- Experience with substation components such as, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, etc. is desired
