Electrical Design Engineer

I am looking for Electrical Design Engineer for one of my public sector client.

This role will require someone who is able to undertake practical work on control hardware and software. The role is design focused but is more working with physical components than CAD based. The successful candidate will need to understand what motion specifications are achievable for different designs and then be able to prove that new equipment meets the particular specification. They will ideally have a mechanical and electrical controls background.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-Site commissioning, follow agreed procedures and specifications and manage facilities with commissioning procedures.
-Produce FAT, SAT and commissioning documentation. (Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test)
-Design and testing of hardware with control systems
-Completion of a specification, design, prototyping, evaluation testing and commissioning.
-Read customer Function Design Specifications and Standards with a view to achieving compliance of these documents in our design.
