Our client are a Supporting People Provider, who are recruiting for an Elderly Scheme Manager, to provide an intensive housing management service to tenants living within Retirement Housing schemes, aged 55 plus.

The main duties will be:
-Provide information and advice to help staff and tenants make informed choices about the options open to them.
-To liaise with external bodies such as the benefits agencies, DWP to maximise residents income and minimise arrears.
-Ensure that repairs are carried out quickly and effectively.
-Ensure that shared spaces such as corridors and guest rooms are welcoming and well maintained.
-Ensure that tenants rent and service charges are paid and that arrears are minimised.
-Monitor arrears of rent & service charges and take action in accordance with the organisations rent arrears policy and procedures.

You must have:
-Enhanced CRB check under 12 months

The Hourly rate for this role is £13.00 per hour.
