EHS Manager (m/f/d) 3Tage/Woche

* Preparation of training plans acc. AGU reports ( review of reports and planning appropriate number of sessions )
* Alignment training sessions dates with vendors/trainers and AGU, bi-weekly meeting with AGU ( booking meeting rooms, coordinate with AGU submission on the AGU platform)
* Organization of training equipment/materials where applicable ( RESPRAZ, FORKRAZ, MWPRAZ, room disinfection)
* Communication to employees, managers and vendors regarding trainings ( information about available sessions, reminders, cancellations, changes, communication with vendors amount of enrolled participants, visitor approvals)
* Obtaining training offers/trainers (create yearly training plan, calculate amount of sessions, align training scope, ask for the offers, update prices in yearly training plan)
* Coordination of onsite training (coordination with trainer and participants, lists of participants, AGU credits, certificates for participants)
* Covid tracking in EHS system
* Purchase for EHS (Covid: masks, tests; hazmat stickers,...)
* Check inventory (Covid supply, office supply, other EHS material) - person needs to be on-site
* Keep stock on FAMIS (masks) and Reception (tests and FFP2 Masks on good level- on site
* Check on and organize regular needed measurements (Industrial Hygiene)
* Empty first aid mail box, check for missing data, check if OSER needed
* Update findings in Smartsheet (check on comments, communication with owners/ facility)

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Fluent English and German is a must
* University students are allowed
* Basic education in occupational health and safety and/or environmental protection, and/or handling of hazardous materials-not necessary but good to have
