My local authority client is looking for a Project Manager with Project Management experience in Construction. To be responsible for managing the delivery of Education Estates and Capital Projects with a probable budget of up to circa £25 - £30 million and to ensure that the individual projects meet requirements and are to the appropriate quality, delivered on time and within budget. This is a hands on delivery role, and you will be required to interface with schools on a regular basis. This is a client project managers role, so please do not submit construction site managers.

Must have:
Experience in financial negotiations, procurement and financial control.
Experience of leading a team to achieve outcomes.
Experience in design and construction.
