Our client is seeking an experienced SEN Team Manager. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of the appropriate tools to carry out this role. You will be responsible for the overall monitoring and performance management of the Team; be able to ensure that standards, targets and timescales are met, maintain up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and research. You will be expected to ensure that the team responds proactively to required changes and be able to create an effective learning environment within the Team. The SEN Manager will develop and implement the Team's Business Plan, ensuring that it reflects the Service Plan and recognize problems at an early stage and react proactively to identify solutions.
Relevant SENCO, HTLA qualification essential.
