Education Sales Consultant

Our client is a prestigious global IT organisation and a public listed company based in the US. Their products have been an award-winning and market leading technology for every Fortune 500 companies around the world.

We are currently seeking for highly motivated individuals with background in IT SALES or IT EDUCATION & TRAINING SALES to join their fast paced, rapidly expanding education and enablement team.

This is an ONGOING 6 MONTHS CONTRACT opportunity with view to PERMANENT and it is based in MELBOURNE CBD AREA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be responsible for developing sales and business opportunities and advising customers on their education requirements across ANZ region.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop education and certification campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of education and learning plans for Enterprise and SMB clients.
- Represent the organisation at trade shows and events as required.
- Promote new education programs.
- Achieving sales performance targets.
- Collaborate with their education operations group to ensure sufficient courses are scheduled to satisfy demand.
- Build relationships with internal sales and technical teams.
- Campaign and event follow up.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- Minimum 2 years sales experience in IT industry and B2B sales.
- Experience in IT Education/Certification/Training will be a plus (not essential).
- Proven ability to provide value proposition to Enterprise and SMB clients.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities across Channel Market, System Integrators, Distributors & OEMs across ANZ region.
- Be driven, confident, self motivated and determined.
- Be able to adapt successfully in a rapidly changin and ambiguous environment.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
