Ecommerce Web Project Manager (Customer Experience and Launch) - Switz

As part of a major expansion across Europe and the launch of new on-line stores, Our client, a major eCommerce organisation based in Lausanne Switzerland is looking for an on-line store Customer Experience Manager. 

You will be responsible for defining business requirements, functional specifications, tagging, SEO as well as managing the graphical design provided by external agencies of the new websites.

You will also be responsible for the initial site pilot launch as well as defining the Key Performance Indicators pre and post launch.
You will be responsible for defining the eBusiness roadmap, specifically web and mobile, B2B and B2C aspects as well as UAT and MAT prior to launch promoting business cases and KPIs.

Your aim will be to provide a seamless user experience across Europe and around the world focusing on our client's strong brand, image and values.

Previous experience in the launch of eCommerce sites essential with a strong focus on UX and user interaction, prototyping mixed across mobile and web platforms.

You will be expected to have previous experience in:

User Experience;

Digital Marketing;
