POSITION OVERVIEW

The Ecommerce Integration Specialist (Enterprise) manages and supports the E-commerce integrations of all new enterprise-level clients and customers to the our platform, (the proprietary online account management and reporting tool). Identifies enhancement opportunities for current customer-facing our tools. Conducts trainings for both (internal) account executives and (external) customers and clients. Provides redundancies and support for the overall functioning of the Ecommerce Integration Team. Nurtures the overall online enterprise customer experience and functionality, and encourages the transition of customers from offline to online, strategically targeting accounts where appropriate. Serve as Tier 1 support for all AE and client questions relating to the platform and Ecommerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AND CLIENT SUPPORT: serve as Tier 1 support for all AE and client questions relating to us and Ecommerce. Assist in managing the Ecommerce Team mailbox and our queue, answering all requests related to the specialist s assigned region and providing backup coverage for requests from all sales regions and departments.

ERP SITE SPECIALIST: Manage the accounts on the various external ERP sites of our customers (Ariba, Exostar, SAP, etc.). Learn how the different sites work, be the administrator for the sites, manage access to CIF catalogs, process client connection requests, and research new ERP systems based on client requests.

CONDUCT TRAININGS: Identify and lead training opportunities with the (internal) staff and (external) customers and clients. These opportunities can include everything from in-person individual and group-based instruction of various Zones sales personnel to online demos of current customer-facing tools.

ENHANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES: work with the Ecommerce Integration Team, UI/UX Team, and pertinent IT staff to identify and manage enhancement opportunities.

DOCUMENTATION: ensure documentation of all best practices, policies, and procedures related to the integration and management of the various tools.

EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES: track and understand emerging E-commerce, trends, and best practices.

MISCELLANEOUS: Attend all appropriate meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain a positive work environment and communicates activities with co-workers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a business position for someone with a high aptitude and affinity for technology. Requires someone with a strong track record of sensitive communications with both clients and customers, as well as internal business and technology units. Deep understanding of the sales process, to best present us, and help funnel and filter client requests to the appropriate internal business units.

It is important that the person in this position is able to handle a significant level of responsibility, manage projects and work independently, while also being a team player working closely with other department managers and subject matter experts.
