INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE FRONT END DEVELOPER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the day-to-day management of the web platforms with all Stakeholders and ensure all
websites have the latest information online
. Follow the implementation of HQ and market requests for campaign & product launches
. Support rollout of new platforms and lead content delivery for market initiatives
. Support the Front End Coding requirements for eBusiness department on the web and mobile sites

In relation with the International Webmastering Manager:
. Manage the day to day publishing requirements on all of my client's web platforms to support the HQ and markets requests for B2C & B2B Channels.
. Translate designs (PSD or Wireframes) into HTML files ready to be integrated in the CMS.
. Support international coding requirements for my client's E-commerce and mobile applications.
. Participate in Rollout Activities to ensure successful migration of external content to one central platform.
. Create master HTML templates to ease localization and drive local eMerchandizing.
. Benchmark existing websites to support design or ergonomic decisions.
. Drive best practices & guidelines throughout the international E-commerce community.

SKILLS:
. Excellent Front End Web Design skills
. Ability to work in a guided environment (brand guidelines, existing assets)
. Ability to work on big concepts and also small tactical enhancements

KNOWLEDGES:
.Best-in-class knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 & JavaScript & jQuery
. Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
. Confidence, to present and explain ideas to colleagues
. Interest in latest web trends
. Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
. 3 years' experience in web design
. Experience in mobile design
. Experience in responsive design (CSS Media Queries) a plus
. Experience in design for E-commerce website.
. Knowledge of User Experience/Usability
. Strong computer skills
. Extensive Adobe Suite Experience (especially Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and InDesign)
. Experience in CMS and template development a plus

LANGUAGE(S):
Fluent in English. French is considered as an asset
