Our client is a major international eCommerce organisation based in Lausanne. As part of new initiatives to develop their CRM, they are looking for a project manager with previous Digital, eCommerce or mobile retail experience.
You will be responsible for developing CRM processes within the retail channels, working alongside functional owners who will be developing business requirements. Some experience working as a business analyst would be an advantage, but solid experience of the IT software development life cycle will be expected.
With strong stakeholder management experience you will have the ability to take functional specifications and put the into a technical context, manage development teams and senior managers as project owner. You will follow developments, document and communicate progress.
Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to consider candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
