Ecommerce B2C and UX Project Manager - Switzerland

Our client, a major international organisation based near Lausanne is looking for an eCommerce B2C and UX project manager.
Working with internal business customers, you will deliver eCommerce projects following the approved UX methodology (user studies, prototyping, user testing), business cases and digital marketing requirements.
You will be responsible for the existing solution performance analysis and based on industry benchmark or existing test data to assess the potential business benefit of his/her projects as well as all communication aspects related to the projects. This includes both the internal communication and external (to customers).
You will be expected to have a proven background in eCommerce B2C projects coupled with strong UX experience within an international environment. You will have strong knowledge of B2C customer expectations and specificities.
Ideally, you will also have strong background in web analytics, the development of eCommerce business cases.
