eCommerce Application Support Specialist Contract role in Switzerland.
Our client in Switzerland is looking for an eCommerce Application Support specialist to provide out client with 3rd level technical and functional support to the eCommerce area and ensure adequate knowledge management of all resolution activities and provide training to eCommerce support team members.
Candidates should have very good knowledge of SQL and Linux, strong incident & problem management experience in large organisations. ITIL certification is desired as well as some exposure to ERP environments. Any experience of HPSM and Jira is also desirable. English speaking role.
