For a contract until end of 2016, we are looking for an eCommerce Analyst (100%)
Work location: Lausanne
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9 months (with possible extension)
Main purpose of the job:
The Digital Analytics Analyst is responsible to configure and maintain best-in-class digital/web analytics toolset in order to allow the measurement of customers interactions with the eCommerce and Digital platforms. He or she will ensure that all digital activities (marketing, e-merchandising, IT projects) are properly tracked to measure their ROI, and will support HQ functions (Commercial E-business, Customer CRM & Digital Marketing, Campaigns, etc...) as well as the markets by providing them accurate data and insights. He or she will support Business functions in leveraging data and build their own insights about their interaction with the customers/consumers, to use Web analytics data as a source of data-driven continuous improvement (A/B testing, etc...).
Required skills & knowledge:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or similar degrees
* 4+ years in web analytics day to day operations
* Understanding of web architecture highly desirable
* Understanding of statistics and SQL highly desirable
* Deep familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Site Catalyst or Google Analytics, any Tag Manager)
* Working knowledge of Javascript (for DTM Scripting purpose)
* Digital Marketing experience is an asset
* Ideally good experience of central co-ordination with international exposure
* Proven quantitative and analysis skills
* Proven ability to produce innovative solutions to challenging business problems
* Project Management skills are a plus
* Fluent in English mandatory/French is a plus
