ECM Project Manager (Enterprise Content Manager) speaking Dutch or French
Location: Belgium

Our client is urgently looking for a strong ECM Project Manager (Enterprise Content Manager) speaking Dutch or French to work on a critical project in Belgium. As ECM Project Manager, you will be enabled for the planning, organization and flawless execution of the various projects in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM). You take care of the progress of the project within the required time limit and budget. You bear the ultimate responsibility of a project and should control all facets that make it possible to deliver a successful project.
Responsibilities:
* Guiding the study and give the shape of the boot project
* Managing business contacts during the project phase
* The central point for communication
* Providing optimal business satisfaction
* Monitoring of the project budget
* The preparation of the project plan and accompanying documentation
* Providing the necessary management buy-ins
* Planning of all project-related activities
* Finding solutions and developing these solutions in close collaboration with internal teams and/or external suppliers
* Organizing and conducting a 2-weekly project status and stuugroepen
* Providing timely delivery of all activities that fall under the responsibility of the project
* Providing internal quality controls to ensure the quality of the deliverables
Profile:
* You have at least 5 years experience as Project Manager
* You have at least 2 years of experience with large projects (> 1M Euro)
* A valid Prince2 or PMI (PMP) certification is required
* Knowledge and experience with leading projects in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) including some projects with Open Text (xECM, Content Server, Archive Server) is a plus
* You have proven experience in leading a team of at least 10 people
* Knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Project Pro
* You are results driven and can pass it to your team spirit
* We expect positive and proven experience in the field of
o scope, time and cost planning
o risk monitoring
o If you have experience of working within a broader program
o accurate, timely and comprehensive report to the program management
* We expect a strong focus on:
o Team player
o Proactive thinking and acting (Sense of initiative)
o Helicopter View
o Empathy and good communication skills
o Inquisitive to grow as project leader
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic and project driven organization. You integrate smoothly into a team.
* You can express himself fluently (oral and written) in Dutch, French and English
