The Job Description is as follows:

-->UML(L2)-

1) Must be able to create detailed design using UML tools.and ensure goodamount of Tool generated code.
2) Technically guide the implementation teamthroughout the SDLC.

-->OOAD and Design Patterns(L3)-OOAD

1. OOAD skills Level -1 areas + Familiarity with either one of Jacobson,Booch, Rumbaugh OOAD methodologies, applied it on a project of non-trivialcomplexity
2. Hands-on experience with different UML diagrams and notationsetc, familiarity with UML tools and should have used it on at least one projectof non-trivial complexity Design Pattern
3. Theoretical knowledge of all theGOF design patterns. Abstract Factory, Builder, Factory Method, Prototype,Singleton, Adapter, Bridge, Composite, Decorator, Facade, Flyweight, Proxy,Chain of Responsibility, Command, Interpreter, Iterator, Mediator, Memento,Observer, State, Strategy, Template Method, Visitor

-->Enterprise Content Management(L2)-Sound knowledge of ECM Components like Document Management, Records Management, Collaboration, Web content Management and Workflow/BPM Concepts. Mapping process of Capture, Manage, Store,Preserve and Deliver to ECM components. Strong in J2EE and design patterns. Good have worked extensively in of the ECM products like Documentum, FileNet, Alfresco. Understand different types of workflow-adhoc, production, delegation, alternate flows, etc. Worked on implementation of ECM in atleast one project. Understand the integration aspects
-->Documentum(L2)-Should have around 6-8 years of IT experience out of which around 4-5 years in Understand the different solution components, how they interact, and how they adeployed. Designing and implementing customized components, including Lifecycles, Workfloand Web interfaces. Take an existing Object Model and extend/modify it to support multiple ECM soluredundancy.Understand the pros and cons of UNIX/Linux/Windows and SQL Server/Oracle for di scenarios and platform standards. Integrate Documentum with other third-party products. Leverage SOA and how understand how it makes the previous point easier.Design optimal solutions, or create alternate approaches to fit within licensin. This includes sizing Servers and storage.Intelligently discuss and challenge Do's and Don'ts of Design
-->Alfresco Content Model (L3)-Alfresco Server Administration - designing custom content model, tagging of documents using the content model, search based on content model, import exportof model and data. Configuring lucence and Free flow search. (4-6 year)
