EC&I Project Engineer

Are you an experienced EC&I Project Engineer seeking a new opportunity? This is a fantastic time to join the core team at the implementation stages of a new project.

Delivery of CE&I input on engineering projects, organisation/production of quality deliverables within project programme and budget. Production/checking of design basis documents input to P&ID's, preparation of SIDD's. Knowledge of safety systems, HAZOP and engineering substantiation. Supporting CE&I input of the bidding process, Delivery of CE&I input to the bid preparation process including task and deliverable identification, man-hour estimates and programme. Development and implementation of CE&I systems and standards. Development and implementation of asset management systems. Delivery of asset improvements and plant modifications. Delivery and application of CE&I best practice. Development and implementation of configuration management systems. Company safety rules/procedures compliant and demonstrable evidence of compliance with legislative and regulatory standards in a highly regulated

The successful candidate will have or be working towards Chartered status or HND qualified in an CE&I discipline. Design Checking and Assessment Reports. Thorough knowledge of UK nuclear Site License regulatory requirements/safety case management/periodic reviews. HAZAN/HAZOP analysis. BS EN 61508 and. Engineering Schedules. PMP Plant Modification Proposals. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. Electrical Distribution Systems. PLC/Scada Systems. Safety Instrumented Systems. Engineering substantiation and review of designs. BS7671 Requirements for Electrical Installations. Strong project management and design skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively interact at all levels within the organisation. Ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve project deliverables. Must be able to demonstrate a record of continued engineering business improvements. Innovative approach to problem solving and the development of the team and business.. Some experience in the development and implementation of SLAs & KPIs. Effective interpersonal skills. Working with internal and external customers. Leading change management through effective lean manufacturing methodologies
