EC&I Engineer - Hunterston

Are you an experienced EC&I Engineer seeking a new challenge? If so this could be the role for you.
The position is for an experienced EC&I engineer to work on a variety of tasks in at Hunterston A. The tasks vary from the assessment of existing nuclear safety related equipment, to design and implementation of EC&I new designs, review of contractor supplied design on behalf of the Design Authority and assistance in commissioning of new systems at site.

Applicants should have a min. qualification of a HNC/HND and be familiar with working to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, IEC 61508, the IEE Wiring Regulations (17th Edition), Low Voltage Directive and the EMC directive and practices. l

The role will suit candidates with experience of high integrity systems/equipment in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, or transportation industries. If you have the above experience along with working on the design of nuclear installations to meet nuclear safety case requirements I would be very keen to hear from you!
