Early Talent Recruitment - 6 - 8 Month contract role - With the potential to be extended

This is an exciting opportunity to come on board to join this Global company recruiting candidates with Bachelors/Masters degrees globally to join a talent programme.

Key activities that you will be involved with are:

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced recruiter with a solid background in pro actively sourcing and screening candidates of high calibre.

Working as part of the Early Talent team they will be responsible for:

- Sourcing potential candidates (through the existing sourcing strategy in place - globally
- Helping to short List potential candidates, both from CV, and telephone/face to face interview
- Able to understand the cultural differences between geographical regions/territories - specifically in relation to Educational qualifications and work experience.
- Organising interviews, psychometric assessments, video interviews and diagnostic testing for candidates
- Ensuring candidates remain engaged throughout the process - answering questions/queries
- Assisting, being involved in the assessment centres (probably in London)

Summary of candidate requirements

- Pro-active
- Confident
- Preferably Degree Level educated
- Articulate
- At least 5, preferably up to 10 years recruitment experience
- Some Executive recruitment experience would be beneficial
- Some experience of Assessment Centres would be an advantage
- Strong networking skills, and ability to source candidates
- Able to understand cultural differences based on geographical regions.
