- Collect, evaluate, and suggest improvements to existing customer communications.
- Currently there are several email repositories - decide which repository is best suited for customer needs and make recommendations on which one to use.
- Work cross functionally with other project teams
- Review current state
- Create future state
- Develop road map
- Obtain stakeholder approval
- Work the plan
