WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- E-mail content editing and writing
- Currently there are several email repositories - decide which repository is best suited for customer needs and make recommendations on which one to use.
- Developed uniformed e-mail responses after customer finishes on-line orders, purchases, etc.
- Work cross functionally with other project teams
- Review current state
- Create future state
- Develop road map
- Obtain stakeholder approval
- Work the plan

WHAT IS SUCCESS?

- Single customer communication repository
- Effective customer communications.
- Effective Processes and procedures.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- E-mail content writing and editing experience
- Need to have the ability to: collect, evaluate, and suggest improvements to existing customer communications.
- The ability to recommend best in class processes and procedures.
- Be a change agent for the organization.
