E-Discovery Consultant with Nuix - English Speaking job in Zürich

For a global client based here in Zürich we are looking for a NUIX expert to bring along their skills and know-how to the company.

Nuix is an Australian company that produces a software platform for indexing, searching, analysing and extracting knowledge from unstructured data, with applications that include digital investigation, cybersecurity, e-Discovery, information governance, email migration and privacy. The software platform is used by organizations in more than 45 countries. Neux is a must have for this contract.

THE JOB:

- This role is an EDISCOVERY support function to acquire, search, organize and present key electronic records (mainly but not exclusively email) to support confidential/sensitive Legal and H.R. enquiries and investigations.
- The role includes developing and enhancing existing process documentation to ensure that delivery of material is efficient and consistent.
- The role will require effective coordination with other IT teams to acquire records that are not directly accessible.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, in particular NUIX.

Nice to have: Symantec Discovery Accelerator, Sherpa Discovery Attender - Familiar with standard eDiscovery methodology.
- Scripting ability to allow ad hoc requests to process unstructured data to be effectively handled (eg Perl, Python)
- Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel)
- Electronic Mail (RFC 822 & Exchange)
- An understanding of Microsoft and Unix based distributed computing environments is beneficial to understand what records of electronic communications are available.
- Awareness of trading settlement systems to understand the type of records these systems hold.
- Awareness of trading/market data IM (eg Reuters, Bloomberg) functionality.
- Ability to engage effectively to internal Clients (notably General Counsel and H.R.) (i) to understand requirements for a particular request (ii) to turn Business requirements into technical requests/activities (iii) to summarize and present the resulting information back to the Business requestor.
- A high degree of discretion is required for this role.
- Excellent documentation skills to ensure that key processes are documented in an effective manner.
- Fluency in English
