E-DISCOVERY CONSULTANT

E-Discovery Consultant. For this role we are looking for a person who acquires, searches, organizes and presents key electronic records to support confidential/sensitive legal and H.R. enquiries and investigations for an international bank based in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Developing and enhancing existing process documentation to ensure that delivery of material is efficient and consistent
- Effective coordination with other IT teams to acquire records that are not directly accessible
- Engaging effectively to internal clients to understand requirements for a particular request and to turn business requirements into technical requests

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, in particular Symantec Discovery Accelerator; Nuix; Sherpa Discovery Attender
- Scripting ability to allow ad hoc requests to process unstructured data to be effectively handled (eg Perl, Python)
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Mail (RFC 822 & Exchange)
- Understanding of trading/market data IM (eg Reuters, Bloomberg) functionality
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
