E-Commerce and Customer Project Manager

For one of our clients, which is one of the well known manufacturing companies, we are looking for a E-COMMERCE AND CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Lausanne

Along with providing the opportunity to work for the international challenging projects, our client uses the last-updated technologies.

Salary: Negociable

Starting date: as soon as possible

Temporary - full time: until the end of the year 2014

Language: English fluent, French

Role:

- You would define the E-commerce roadmap and manage projects
- You would support E-business team and interact with users
- You would improve the clients website in order to increase the conversion rate and user satisfaction.

Skills:

- University degree
- Have minimum 7 years experience in delivering Digital and E-commerce experiences (web and mobile).
- Strong expertise in User eXperience
- Strong expertise in User Interaction Design
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong experience in running eBusiness
- Good experience in Digital Marketing
- Good understanding of web analytics
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and ability to interact/challenge with technical counterparts.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English and French
