Dynatrace Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own the Dynatrace monitoring and support function for an installation at a leading Insurance Company in Belgium
- Responsible for monitoring of all transactions at all times and one that is used by all key contributors to application performance - architects, development, test and production
- Work very closely with application service management team and technology service partner to gain deep visibility into application performance, identify problems sooner and reduce the mean time to repair issue
- Responsible for foreseeing and proactively preventing performance problems from happening. Should be able to provide insights to service management team for quickly resolving performance problems that do occur - saving time, money and resources.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

- Quick learner
- Strong problem solving ability
- Should understand application performance issues and understand business impacts
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Good language proficiency in French and Dutch.
