Dynamics AX2012 Administrator

Responsibilities:
Lead system support including directly providing 2nd/3rd line support
Work closely with key users and stakeholders to understand, specify and deliver system improvements
Responsible for authoring functional design requirements, making system configuration changes, managing 3rd party code developments and testing and validating solutions meet requirements
Responsible for the technical quality of system configuration changes and developments, and ensuring appropriate guidelines and processes are followed for the introduction of changes

Skills and Qualifications:
Recognised Microsoft Dynamics accreditations
Demonstrable experience of AX 2009/AX 2012
Experience of Lean module, desirable
In depth knowledge of end to end business processes particularly in planning and manufacturing
Strong overall knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of MS Dynamics AX 2009/2012
Successful experience of delivery of projects or major project components
Involvement in a full system implementation as an AX Specialist
Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, desirable
Experience of BI reporting tools
