DYNAMICS AX FUNCTIONAL LEAD
DYNAMICS AX - CORE FINANCE FUNCTIONAL LEAD - £NEGOTIABLE DAY RATE - CHENNAI, INDIA
JONOTHAN BOSWORTH RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH OUR CLIENT; A GLOBAL PROVIDER OF CLOUD BASED SOLUTIONS IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE THE SERVICES OF A DYNAMICS AX FUNCTIONAL LEAD ON A CONTRACT BASIS FOR A ROLE BASED IN INDIA.
THE CONTRACT WILL LAST FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the best people in the industry.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Should have working experience on configuring GL setups associated configuration items and functionalities in AX.
- Perform & Review functional setups, functional testing and create configuration and design/support related documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based Solutions for the applicable finance related modules.
- Gains understanding of customer's needs and collaborates with other consultants to perform the development activities.
- Support in integrated functional Testing
- Provides functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed with respect To AR/AP/GL/Cash &Bank/FA/Cost Accounting etc.
- Designs the reports as per the requirements and standards from the finance perspective to be implemented within AX considering the AX capabilities and features.
- Tests functional modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
- Document custom developed functionality in accordance to documentation standards and best practices at the functional level.
- Initial Functional Testing of the developed functionality.
- Function testing of the developed functionality along with the technical consultant as and when required intermittently.
- Work as the core team member to facilitate the UAT's.
- Participates in system and acceptance testing.
- Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made in accordance with the envisaged plan covering the tasks and activities.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- AX - Finance Modules
- Past Experience of Working In the Finance Function within a trading business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BCOM/MBA Finance/ICWA or any other finance courses certifications and AX 2012 Financial Courses or Certifications.
