DWH/BI Solution Architect

We are currently recruiting a BI/DATA WAREHOUSE SOLUTION ARCHITECT to work for a major client in Dublin on a 3 month initial term project (will extend to January 2016 minimum). This is a Greenfield project and you'll be tasked with the design and architecture of a new data warehouse implementation.

You will have extremely good client facing/stakeholder management skills and you will be broadly skilled across BI and Data Warehouse technologies, techniques and disciplines.

SKILLS MUST INCLUDE:
* Multi source enterprise Data Warehouse 'end to end' design experience including information, data, and application architectures. Plus some knowledge of environment requirements.
* Experience of ETL architectures, ideally using ODI but any leading brand would be useful (Informatica, AbInitio etc.)
* Experience of DW schema modelling, especially dimensional, using appropriate designer tools; some experience of physical schema design, especially in Oracle, and good SQL skills.
* Experience of reporting tools, especially BO and QlikView, and the design of appropriate 'presentation' layer schemas.
* Understanding of DW operability requirements, error management processes, and the design of operator interfaces.

If you are UK based then there may be scope to do 3 days on site in Dublin and 2 from home or the client's other office in London.
