JOB DETAILS:

We are searching for an HR consultant to support us in our BPO projects. The focus will be on data migration from our Legacy systems (SAP, Peoplesoft) to SuccessFactors, and setting up interfaces between SuccessFactors and Vattenfall's Back End systems.

SKILLS NEEDED:

- You have knowledge/experience with SuccessFactors and/or SAP HR.
- You are familiar with HR processes in general
- You are able to acquire IT tools quickly and easily
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- You are analytical and able to handle abstract topics and complex processes
- You are able to structure, organize and document your work
- You are pro-active worker and communicator
- You are a team-player focused on sharing knowledge
