Dutch Speaking - SAP CRM Technical Analyst

As SAP CRM Technical Analyst you are responsible for the maintenance and support of the SAP CRM application (evolutionary and corrective).

As SAP CRM Consultant you are strongly motivated for the success of the assignment and you have the following knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of all CRM components, both from a functional and technical point of view, is a requirement
- In-depth CRM knowledge to independently update standard configurations and custom work with corrective and evolutive maintenance
- Knowledge of SAP CRM database architecture is a requirement
- Knowledge of integration SAP CRM/SAP ISU is a requirement
- Knowledge of integration SAP CRM/SAP FI is a requirement
- Knowledge ABAP, Webdynpro and Web UI Framework is a requirement
- Up-to-date knowledge in the field of Enhancement Packs and SAP market evolutions
- Knowledge of public service obligations with regard to the new premium system, collective renovation projects.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts and systems is a plus

Tasks:

- You are also involved in maintenance, support and project assignments and respect the planned planning
- You contribute to the functional analyzes and write the technical analyzes
- You configure based on functional specifications
- You do the device in the system
- You help your technical colleagues
- You do technical and system tests
- You take care of the documentation
- You handle tickets in the context of the incident management process
- You report to the relevant module specialists and designers
- You monitor the overarching CRM data architecture
- You take into account the internal IT standards
- You carefully apply the working methods in the context of the change and release management process
