Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Speaking Programme Manager for our client based in Mechelen, Belgium

Our Client:-

Our end client is acvtive in the telecom sector.

Your New role:-

Currently, some companies aren't having physical connection (dropcables in the street, that are installed by technicians) Telenet is there for launching a project (Neon) where free services are offered to put these connections in place. Each month there are approximately 200 requests to be handled.

The Neon Lead supervises and directs the project and is in direct contact with clients (companies), the internal technical team (that get the requests in and book the appointments) and external partners.

He/she analyses, guides and manages the project and does the reporting. On a daily base, he/she looks at the input of the technical team and adjusts if necessary. (the team exists of +/- 15 individuals)

The neon lead controls and actively participates in the end-to-end neon process.

He/she will be responsible for

- Ensuring proper neon inflow
- Control the outbound sales activities i.f.o. the neon marketing campaigns
- Drive sales in the regions with a high neon potential
- Be a SPOC for/coach all departments that may generate inflow for neon
- Aligning the neon inflow with CI
- Validate new customer requests i.f.o. the neon criteria
- Align the request inflow versus the CI capacity
- Managing all activities and interactions between the sales and the technical teams
- Manage the neon project budget and timing (business case)
- Analyze KPIs and adjust the end-to-end process (intake and infrastructure) when necessary
- Handling exceptions (eg. due to catsap errors in the system)
- Communicate with sales and customers
- Validate investments that go beyond the neon scope
- Start-up and follow-up alternative process (long terminal/Nexus)

- Dealing with technical vers commercial teams
