Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking O365 Migration Specialist to join a prestigious client located in Brussels, Belgium. This is a contract position which will run until the end of 2018.

Our Client:-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.

Your New role:-

We are looking for O365 specialists with specific experience in migrating government entities to a new platform. These people work within the WPaaS2.0 program and work mainly on an independent basis. We are looking for someone who meets the profile of Senior Information Architect, with at least 5 years of experience.

You will be guided in a results-oriented manner and followed up by the program manager of the WPaaS2.0 program.

This assignment is part of the efforts for user adoption. There is today an info site that can answer questions. In addition, training and education are given in function of WPAAS 1.0 and the existing O365 tenant (workplace.vlaanderen.be). A training program has already been completed and end-users can work in O365. Yet there is a need to technically adapt this adapted environment to the needs of the entity in terms of migration, governance, structure and ease of maintenance.

For this we are looking for a specialist O365 with experience in migration, start-up and support during the process. This project belongs to the three user-adoption projects within the WPaaS 2.0 program. The two other routes are:
- Support platform-strengthening information campaign
- Training O365

Content description:
- Intakes at all entities to identify the needs and needs with regard to the environment with which they wish to work.
- Prepare a migration plan for all entities that switch.
- Prepare basic proposal for the - TO BE- environment and give an estimate of the migration effort.
- Basic migration of an entity with the condition that the - AS IS- situation can and will be maximally maintained. Migrations where adaptations or revisions of the work environment are required (see SharePoint) probably also require a support package depending on the know-how in the entity, but that package is not included in scope.

A failure of the project in entities where this set-up is insufficiently elaborated can not be afforded given the whole change depends on the support of our users. We are looking for a good way to pass on the know-how and the extent of a migration to the entities, to provide them with the data of professionals who can assist them on the work floor and we monitor the transition so that we can be sure that landed in each entity with a satisfactory result for the end users.

The startup support provides a basis for starting a migration. Depending on the know-how within the entity, this may or may not be sufficient. An extension for a specific support package may be necessary, but it is not included in scope here.

Your Skills and Qualifications:-

Essential Skills:-
- Extensive knowledge of the building blocks available within a SharePoint Online environment
- Experience with developing access policy and converting this to the necessary security configuration
- Knowledge and experience with the other available applications from the Office 365 platform and how they can be integrated into the solution.
- Proactive, flexible and pragmatic attitude.
- You are perfectly Dutch-speaking, both orally and in writing and use a fluent pen
- Monitoring and monitoring complex projects with many stakeholders
- Setting up change processes in business/IT projects
- Smooth intake of business processes and their relevant information and data
- Stakeholder management
