Dutch Speaking IT Analyst

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking IT Analyst to join a prestigious client located in Antwerp, Belgium for 10 months.

Our Client:-
The Port of Antwerp has been an indispensable link in world trade since the Middle Ages. The 1,584 employees of the Port Authority are responsible for a smooth and safe daily operation of the port. Given the enormous tasks vary the actions of all these colleagues greatly: from lockkeeper to accounting, from kaaitoezichter to promote employee and tugboat captain to crane operator. Together they work towards a sustainable future of the port.

Your New role:-

Supporting ICT projects for the Port of Antwerp:

Tasks within these ICT projects include:
- Formalize and prepare technical documents (bill of lading, technical specifications, etc.)
- Technology/application research and description of IT/technology solutions.
- Converting business requirements to functional specifications in the form of use cases for the development team
- Supervising the user acceptance testing and describing the test scenarios.
- Follow up on project follow-up and reporting.
- Check whether the risk management of the company's information systems is applied (security, confidentiality, reliability, ...)

Tasks i.v.m. IT Governance:
- Develop IT security procedures and process descriptions
- Consolidating and structuring IT documentation and setting up end-user documentation structure

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-
- Knowledge of UML
- Note-use-case
- Practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- knowledge of IT architectures, IT infrastructure components
- knowledge of IT security standards
- Experience in procedures (IT security)
- Experience in setting up documentation and knowledge structures
- Knowledge and experience in setting up service closets.
- Knowledge of administrative and logistical business processes (Eg ERP, Asset Management, Service Management, Dossier Management, Maintenance Management, CRM and Online Communications)
- Knowledge and experience of project work
