Working for a well-known company within their IT Department you will be providing service desk and 1st line support for software and hardware issues. You need to have previous experience of either customer services or IT service desk/Helpdesk.
This position is to start ASAP and will pay £10 + holiday pay & pension (PAYE) or £13 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella).
