Dutch Speaking CRM Business Analyst

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking CRM Business Analyst to join a prestigious client based in Hasselt, Belgium. This is a short term contract set to last for about 1 month.

Our Client:- Our client is a academic body based in Hasselt, Belgium.

Your New role:-

The service ISA (Information Systems and Applications) is responsible for the information systems and applications for the administrative information processing and academic support of the university. For communication and marketing purposes, the ISA service provides a central CRM software package Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for the entire university. The CRM system currently has external contacts from the Communication and Marketing Department (DCM). External contacts from other services and faculties will be included in the CRM solution in the short term. On the basis of migration projects, the CRM system will contain more functionality in the course of 2018 and will also be more disseminated throughout the organization. This project must ensure that the security of the current entities is filled in correctly, so that future projects can build on this.

In addition to the UHasselt shared contacts, the UHasselt press contacts and university fund want to enter contacts in CRM. These contacts are shielded contacts only accessible for a specific role. See spreadsheet in appendix 2. The current structure provides business units to build this up, but due to the hierarchical structure it is not possible to obtain the desired one. For example, access to UHasselt contacts and university fund contacts, but not to press contacts. UHasselt expects an analysis to pass on the right needs, together with an elaboration of the security. The security must be flexible enough to also provide access to the planned additional entities (projects 2018). For this assignment, UHasselt is looking for a Microsoft Gold Cloud Certified partner. Experience with the elaboration of qualities at contact level is a plus. As well as experience with other educational institutions. References of the team members and/or the team with similar projects in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are very important.

Job description:

- To correctly translate input on needs and prioritization from the business departments of the university into specifications, resulting in effective and cost-efficient solutions. This also means that existing processes are adjusted in consultation where necessary.
- Guidance of managers and key employees in the business to translate future needs into processes.
- Form the business objectives, taking into account limitations and principles to identify the realistic automation needs.
- Translation of needs into a functional description of the IT system, within the defined architectural framework.
- Documenting the needs according to the imposed standards.

Competences:

- MS Dynamics CRM certified
- Business IT alignment
- To be able to translate insights into models that are tailored to the target group and that convey deliverables to the target group.
- Thinking process wise.

- Understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Analysis and modelling of software applications.

Your Skills and Qualifications:-

Essential Skills:- - Demonstrable experience within a similar assignment
- Recent MS Dynamics CRM certified
- Demonstrable experience within education sector
- Perfect oral and written knowledge of Dutch
- Supplier adds completed Template Team proposal
- Business IT alignment
- To be able to translate insights into models that are geared to the target group and transfer those deliverables to the target group
- Thinking process wise.
- Demonstrated experience with Change management
- Demonstrable experience with the concept of enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrable experience with analysis and modelling of software applications
- Demonstrable experience with communication with business and technical team (stakeholder management)
