Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Business Analyst to join a prestigious client located in Brussels, Belgium. This is a contract position with a duration of 1 month.
Our Client:- The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.
Your New role:-
For her HR reporting, Ago is currently back on the common DWH/Bi platform (Cognos) platform, offered by Information Flanders. This offer is currently being discontinued. However, Ago must ensure continuity, taking into account a number of new developments in this area within the Flemish government (data lake ...).
Assignment:-
- Identifying our business needs and technologically and financially feasible solution in consultation with our customers.
- Identified business model: what service is offered in terms of reporting, which cost model is feasible.
- Map how to bridge 2017:, (currently functional upgrade staffing system), ... both for funding and available support.
- The conversion cost and effort of Cognos environment to a possible alternative must also be mapped.
