Dutch ICT Infrastructure Services & Support role

Our client is currently looking for a candidate to fill an ICT Infrastructure Services & Support role for a 6 Month contract with extension based in Ghent, Belgium. This contract is due to start January 2016.

An integration into the Watchkeeping (4 to 5 weeks per year) is possible

Description of tasks

The assistant will be part of the software packaging team within the WPI organization (Workplace Infrastructure) IAM.
This team is responsible for the packaging of all the software for Workstation and Server environment.
The employee will be deployed in the full packaging- and distribution process
¬ Analysis of the application
¬ Packaging of the software (Wise AdminStudio)
¬ Perform quality control and supervision of the functional tests
¬ Third level incidents of workplace
¬ Scripting
¬ Document
¬ Communicate with stakeholders (IT, business, end users, suppliers)
The work includes both operational tasks such as project work (to participate in migrations, new technologies, new target platforms, developing new working methods)

Technical profile
¬ Minimum 5 years experience in IT
¬ Thorough knowledge requires Windows
¬ Thorough knowledge Msi technology required
¬ Minimum 2 years experience in software packaging
¬ Knowledge Scripting (PowerShell)

Pluses
¬ Experience with System Center Configuration Manager and/or System Center Suite
¬ Experience Wise AdminStudio
¬ Experience with Windows 7/Windows 10
¬ programming experience in .Net
